Why it matters

The battle of 28 October 312 fills a wall of the Hall of Constantine in the Vatican. Raphael died in 1520, and Giulio Romano worked with other members of his workshop to finish the frescoes of the rooms now known as the Stanze di Raffaello, most likely following Raphael's design.
